    All Sales Final

    All purchases made through Veyrix Performance are final sale. Because our exhaust systems and components are built-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

    Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

    We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    To start a claim:

    • Email veyrixperformance@gmail.com with your order number

    • Include clear photos of:

      • The damaged or incorrect item(s)

      • The shipping box (all sides)

      • The shipping label

      • Any packaging materials

     Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved, as carriers often require inspection.

    If your claim is verified, we will provide a repair, replacement, or reshipment at no additional cost.

    Exceptions

    • Custom, made-to-order, or installed parts cannot be returned under any circumstances.

    • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

    Refunds

    Refunds are issued only in cases where a verified damage/defect claim cannot be resolved with repair or replacement.

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.

    • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
